I'm 3.5 months post op RNY down 47lbs and Am really starting to hate food!! I want to eat but can't eat what I want! It's a vicious cycle! Dont get me wrong, I eat, get my protein in but still day dream about shit I physically can not eat and it's a little depressing! Please tell me that this little phase passes??? It just feels like a chore now, counting calories, counting carbs and protein... I mean it's my life now so eventually it won't feel this way right!? I don't regret my choice, I'm so happy I had the chance to go thru with it but damn! It's hard work, harder than ppl would ever imagine!
