Only once class left!

I'm so excited!! I've completed 5 of my 6 required classes. My final class will be June 20th, then I can submit to insurance. I was so proud of myself this month. I've been really good about making all of my own meals, packing a lunch for work, eating smaller portions, and eating all of my meals over the course of 20 minutes ( I literally set the timer on my phone!), and it paid off in an 11 lb. loss since my last class! Hard to believe I could be having surgery in two months! When I started this process in January, six months seemed so long, but time has flown by.

Congratulations Nurse Jenny!

My 6 out of 6 class is June 9th. I am amazed at how this 6 month process is basically training me to lead a healthier lifestyle. Setting the time on your phone is a good idea. I am going to try that with my meals as well. How are you doing with your exercise?

Keep up the good work!
