high Protein energy bars

@@ClarityHill

Protein Bars are absolutely delicious

they have plenty of protein as advertised which is great

carbs "can" be high

so as with many things you need to check the label

many/me too, find the Quest bars delicious - yum yum :)

you can buy them at for example GNC - other stores too but not by me

probably online

this/that being said...............

i rarely buy protein bars because they are very addicting for me

can easily eat tooooo many over a day :(

Protein Bar is good to throw in your purse or glove compartment when you know you might be unable to grab lunch

or if you are really hungry - better a protein bar than a container of ice cream

four weeks PO - and you are still alive to talk about it!!! :D

keep up the good work :)

i know you will :)

enjoy the ride to your healthier, happier longer life :)

good luck and best wishes :)
