Hello go to your settings its the wheel (it looks like a wheel with spikes) by your log in name and go to my tickers and then it will walk you though the set up process.

Thanks for the help! I've created it..how fun even though I'm at a bit of a standstill. Just over two weeks since I left the hospital. I'm enjoying getting full so quickly and not having any attraction to food. So freeing. I know my weight will reflect it soon enough.

Wow you have lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks that is great. I have my surgery on May 22 and I'm have to be above 35 BMI and I'm getting real close to 35. I'm at 36 right now so that has my nerves and anxiety levels really high right now.
