When you dream...Do you dream big or small?

When you dream at night and you are in it do you see yourself as you are now, in the past or at the end of your weight loss?

I have never dreamed in a dream at night that I was heavy. i have always seen myself in my dreams as a 19 year old girl in every situation I encounter in my dreams. I was just wondering if anyone else sees yourself like that while you are sleeping...Interesting thought I think!

That is in reverse eh @@Mrs.RRn . Interesting! :)

I have had one dream being "skinny" since I started this whole process. I don't remember the content of the dream, but I remember waking up feeling excited. Since then though, I dream myself heavy. In fact, I often stop and look at myself in the mirror and say "damn". I still do not have my head around my current size. While I hope to go even lower, to reach my goal weight, my brain is still stuck on the "before" me. So....maybe if I start dreaming it I might finally believe it.

When I am in my dream ( which is not often) I am thin. In real life, I have a hard time seeing myself smaller. I look in the mirror and I'm still large but I think I never realized just how large I actually was. Before and after pictures are a huge help to get things in perspective.

I have to try on clothes before I buy because I just can't tell by looking at something if it will fit. Everything looks too small. Also, my body does not seem to be losing evenly so it's kind of strange how things fit.

I have body issues as well. And have trouble in reality of seeing myself smaller. but I have always been small and young in my dreams at night....Weird eh! @barbarahadz1 @Roo101769

I always see myself as young and thin also. I'm still not thin but hope to get there for reals eventually. :-)

I dream thin which is weird cause even before kids and Any weight issues I had major body imagine issues and saw myself 4+ sizes larger...

Can't wait to dream thin, and be thin
