5 weeks post op

So I have lost 20lbs since surgery... It's been slow but I think things are going to improve from here :) my nutritionist explained it can take a few weeks for your liver to get back to normal, and also because I lost like 10lbs in the first week my body has been playing catch up ! So yeah let's hope things start moving now.

I am officially allowed solid foods again, though I am not really sure what that is I just take it to mean I can eat pretty much anything ( within reason no high fat foods of course) , I will admit food is causing me to have a melt down quite often, I can't eat very much and I miss so much.. I'm not even missing the bad foods like KFC or McDonald's I just miss regular meals and I have come to realise its a mind game as much as a weight game, I never understood that when people said that before, but now I get it.

Anyway it's 6am Monday morning so I have to go to work :-) hope y'all have a great week
