Looking for a post

I recently ran across a long post by a man who had lost quite a bit of weight and had a tummy tuck (I believe). He posted a lot of pictures, and details about his experience. Does that ring a bell to anyone? Probably a long shot, but I'm trying to find the post again to share with a friend who is considering surgery. Can anyone help? :)
