Water intake

Im 3 weeks post op and now i can drink one cup of water without feeling restriction,, is this normal?

Do you mean a cup as in 8 oz? You should not feel restriction when drinking. You should be working toward 64oz a day. In the beginning you should be sipping all day long to get it in along with your protein.

I am interested in this too. I hope it's normal after recovery to be able to drink more quickly it would help me get it all in lol.

Thats good! I just drink throughout the whole day. As long as make sure ur getting ur 64 a day.
