Yup 8 oz of water all at once

Do you mean a cup as in 8 oz? You should not feel restriction when drinking. You should be working toward 64oz a day. In the beginning you should be sipping all day long to get it in along with your Protein. Yup 8 oz of water in all at once.... Is this normal? Thanks

Im 3 weeks post op and now i can drink one cup of water without feeling restriction,, is this normal?

Im 10 days post op and so far been on puree diet of whey proten drinks with 1/4 cup of blueberries 1/2 cup spinach, unsweetened apple sauce, nonfat yogurt wit fat free syrup, nonfat cottage cheese, buttersquash Soup, cream of mushroom soup ( diluted with h2o) sugar free pipsicles, By the way dont forget our motto sip sip sip walk sip.

Just my opinion, not worth it!

Do you take antacid? I read somewhere that acid in the stomach post op can sometimes be interpreted as hunger.. Ask your doc just to be sure. Im also a few days post op and i have to set my phone alarm just to remind myself to eat.. I dont feel hungry at all.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery last thursday @ kssf with dr Khayat, i was home friday morning. Except for gas pain and some nausea everything went as planned. The staff at kssf were all nice and extremely helpful and dr Khayat, hes just simply the best.

I went to the class yesterday. I was super surprised at how many people in the class weren't doing their Vitamins and hadn't tried Protein drinks yet! I was up at Kaiser from 12-3:45 with an hour drive each way. Made for a long day. Ive started taking my vitamins a month ago and still forget to take em sometimes, then my wife bought me a keychain med holder from cvs pharmacy and now i dont forget taking them, by the way do you know tant kaiser will reimburse you for hotel and gas expenses if you live far away from kaiser?
