Question

I'm not sure if you guys remember but last Wednesday I had to have my banded completly unfilled becasue I was dehydrated and couldn't get anything down for about two weeks. During those two weeks I lost 12 pounds. Well today I go back to get my band filled up to 1.6 when I was having problems I was at 1.8. Anyway my question is I have gained 12 pounds back in just a week do you think it could be the fluid that I had lost or do you think it is actually weight. If it is weight my doc will probably throw a fit. I'm alittle worried about going back today.

i agree, thats gotta be fluid hon. Being well is most important. You'll lose it in weight soon enough.

Thank you guys I hope your right its very upsetting to see those darn scales going up instead of down.

Go back today and figure this out. 12 lbs is a lot in a week. You need to get back on track. And if you have a good surgeon he/she should help you do that. Good luck.

Well I went back yesterday My doc put in 1.5 to start things off again. I did gain 12 pounds since last Wednesday but he allowed some of it was water weight but not all of it. So today is a new day for me. I am getting those 12 pounds back off.
