Hi,

I'm a 52 yr old man in Southwest Virginia that is seriously considering the lapband surgery. I've enjoyed too many beers over the years--and it shows. Anybody know where the best prices for self-pay in the eastern U.S. is? I've gotta do something--I'm never going to lose this tank on my own!
