Restrictions after fill?

what type of restrictions are there after first fill? Do we have to be on special diet or do we start back where we left off?

Had my first fill yesterday. .5cc's. It seems quite small compared to most of you, and I don't seem to be noticing any difference as of yet.

My doctor sends me back to liquids 101 after a fill. I stay on full liquids for a few days, then mushie, then solid. I always try to ease back into it because I get swollen after a fill. I'm sure every doc is different.

When I have an unfill, there is no need for me to change my diet.
