Surgery date

Hello ladies!

I'm 30 days today from my surgery date!

May 28th. I'm already on my pre-op liquid diet. Have been for 10 days now...they started me early. It does get easier as you go along. Anyone else on the liquid diet yet?

My surgery is June 2 and I haven't started my liquid diet yet... I have been told to start 2weeks before.

I have tried doing shake diets in the past, and I can honestly say... They are brutal... I am not looking forward to my pre op stage... Mine you my pre op includes food food, pretty much high protien low carb, low fat, no surgar kinda diet. I guess every surgeon is different.

Where are you getting yoyur surgery done?

I go in May 28th.

Yes, this liquid diet is a little tough. I do it for a month. 1 diabetic Boost, plus lots of Water 3-4 times a day...that's it!! It's harsh compared to all the other pre-op diets I've been reading about. I'm trying to think of it as a practice session before the big game.
