I am exercising some, try for 30 minutes= to 6 miles on my Airdyne. But I can't do it everyday. I get lots of protein and drink lots of WATER. I have kept my food plan really simple until I see my doc May 6.

That's great!!! You are an inspiration. When you say you keep your food plan simple, can you give some examples. I'm not a full week post op yet but I want to be successful and prepared.
