Seriously ?

Wow, been having major munchie cravings at night the last few nights. Not sure where the hell they're coming from, but I'm on day 3 now.

Nope, haven't gained any weight "YET." Anyone else run into this issue? It's not like me, as I'm usually pretty positive & on task / more focused/

I don't like it!!! I need to get over this 'phase' and QUICK.

Feeling disappointed in myself :(

Take a bubble bath, get the kitchen closed down, get in bed and read a book for a little bit. Voila! You won't be munching! Change the pattern and maybe shut the tv down early. Good luck!

  • I do fine all day, then in the evening, when I'm relaxing, I get the munchies. My solution (so far) is that I save a few calories for the end of the day. And have a heathy, pre-planned snack.

  • Drink an ice cold glass of Water, Crystal Lite, read a book, or do all three.

Turn off the television.
