49%

WoooHoooooo! Yesterday I went to the Dr for my second fill...and he congratulated me on losing 49% of my excess body weight in 3 months. I know I keep saying this, but I swear I am going to get back into the gym. He said walking was an ok exercise but it is time to step it up a notch and work out like I used to (Circuit Training). He felt that I would have lost an even higher percentage if I had just applied myself.

Anyway, thought I would get on here and give you guys an update. So, how is everyone else doing?!

Go Stephanee! My band twin!

I went to the doc last week too and he told me I compared to his Gastric Bypass patients with the weight loss. The average for them at 3 mos was 50 lbs and is where I was, so I was happy.

I'm going for my 2nd fill 3/17 and I won't need much, I still have restriction, just not as much as I would like.

I'm so glad you doing great, you are over 1/2 way to goal!

Aw good for you. Sounds as though you are feeling really positive about your weight loss.

I have now lost 65% of my excess weight. I am extatic, as I am about to beat those statistics that say band patients lose 60% on average of their excess weight. I am determined to lose 100%.

I have joined a gym and hired a personal trainer and I see a difference.

WHOO HOO to us!

Keep going Stephanie.

WOW! applause going out to the 'twins'!!!! i can't wait to be able to say that! be proud of yourselves--you deserve it!
