We who have suffered from obesity for so long are often so cruel to ourselves. We would never tell someone we love and respect that they are a loser, so why do we tell ourselves that??? Mississippi

It is hard to come to a stall, but it happens. Give your body a chance to catch up and you'll start up again. Stick to the basics, make sure you're getting all your Water and Protein in, and follow the plan. The scale will start moving. If not, talk to your nut about increasing/decreasing calories to stimulate the loss again. Great progress!!

Good luck!

You're not a loser. You are almost halfway to goal and you'll get there sooner or later. Focus on the journey rather than the destination. How much better do you feel now? How much better is your mobility? Are you off some of your meds? You must be in smaller clothes as well. Focus on the positive. Good luck!!

Have you read Alex's article: Plateau? Get Over It!?

How compliant to the guidelines are you?

Here is another good article about stalls: http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html#.U1ATyPldWlY

You will get through it, just stay positive and hang in there :)

You are a "loser"! You've lost 48 lbs!!! Getting down on yourself doesn't help with weight loss. Celebrate each and every day!!
