Pre Opt Blues

How much weight are you expected to lose during pre-opt? I'm struggling! I'm eating well and working out when I can but the scale is bouncing up and down 2-3lbs. I feel so defeated for not being able to get a clear 10lbs off... thus my need for the surgery and fear that it won't work. How's everyone else doing? I'm hoping for a late May surgery date but nothing is confirmed.

I would say put the scale away!! Just focus on what you are supposed to do and it will work out. Good luck on your surgery!
