Feeling sore after Pbing

I had my first PB today and needless to say it wasn't a pleasant experience. Now 3 hours later I'm still feeling sore in my chest and throat. Is this a normal occurence? I haven't eaten anything solid since and won't until tomorrow. To think I was contemplating have another fill as I wasn't getting any sensations from my pouch!

    You should stay on a full liquid diet for 24 hours and then mushies the next day... If there is a lot of swelling, there is more of a chance of you PBing again.
