When to do PS consult?

So I have been far past my goal weight since 9 months post op. I have been at a steady weight for about 3 months now. I am only 13 months post op, and am not planning on having plastic surgery until February or March of next year. My question is when should I start looking into this? When should I start trying to find a surgeon? Should I wait until almost time to book my consults with different surgeons to find the one who suites me ? I feel so lost...

Start now. It might take a while to find someone you want to go with, and it takes a while to get in, then takes a while to schedule. This will give you plenty of time to decide what you want to do.

Thank you Michigan !! I'm going to call a PS my sister and her son used and recommended after the 22nd. She told me she would go with me. I would feel more comfortable with that seeing how she's had plastics from a few Dr.s she can walk me through some things and maybe it won't seem so daunting !
