Almost there!

I had all my pre op testing done today, saw the dr., and had my last nutrition appt! Starting my 10 day liquid diet Saturday. Omg, it's almost time!

    Congrats...the first few days were the worse...headaches as you "de-tox"...but after that, I was fine...

    When it gets bad, and you want SOMETHING, try decaf tea (no coffee) or chicken broth... the hot and slow sips most people find more soothing...

    I'd start some of the pre-op diet today and Friday... Ease in a little... Day 4 is the hardest, then it gets less hard!! You kinda get in the flow :)
