pre-op cramps GAS/poop

Hey- sorry for the topic matter but maybe someone else has the same question. Im experiencing a crazy amount of flatulence, cramps and contant urge to poop. Is this due to the Premier protien shakes, broth or salad...yogurt? Is it nerves or stress? Are there others that are having the same experiences? I guess it wouldnt freak me out as much if I knew it's normal. Will this increase post surgery?

    Anxiety and stress definitely causes gas and stomachaches (with urges to poop.)

    Could maybe be the shakes, too. But maybe it's a mixture of both. :)
