Welcome aboard!!!

Congrats! Everyday gets better! Just keep walking! Welcome to the lover's side :)

I'm one week post op and feel 99% normal. I saw doc today and am already eating yogurt and chopped up meat. I plan to go back to work Monday too! Last week I was in pain, spent 2 days in hospital, couldn't drink more than a sip and completely miserable. I started protein shakes two weeks prior and weighed 292, I was 263 this morning!

You are doing great! Keep it up! I will be 4 weeks out Monday. I wish I was allowed chopped up meat! That sounds divine!
