Gallbladder

I am 2 months post op from the gastric bypass and have been experiencing some pain in my right shoulder blade.. Could this be a warning sign of a gallbladder problem? I haven't experienced pain under the rib cage that radiates to my back as of yet but I'm a bit worried. Does everyone that has WLS eventually have to get their gallbladder removed?
