I received a phone call this past Monday the 24th saying my perspective date is June 30th obviously if all previous tests go according to plan!

Anyone else having their surgery this June??

Hi all can't believe its so close now only 3 day liquid diet. My surgery is at 12:30 June 2nd with the same hospital and doctor as stacyann. Such a small world. So nervous that I am not hungry got plenty if protein drinks I am afraid that I won't like them after surgery. GNC has a vanilla milkshake that tastes just like cake batter. Goodluck everyone

I am scheduled for my egd on 6/12. I begin my preop diet in 1 week. Surgery is then on the 23rd. Eeeekkkk. Bundle of nerves. Good to meet all of u.

June 10th seems to be a popular surgery date, at least I know i'm not alone in my jouney

I went today to sign my consent forms for my surgery this coming Wednesday the 4th and had my last visit with my nut before surgery. I told her that I was doing great on my two week preop diet but on Memorial day it was a train wreck. My 8 year old son went with me today and was telling my nutritionist everything that I ate that day. Lol I was thinking "Wait til I get him outside". Lol On the other hand I lost 12 lbs since Monday. I feel a little better now I just noticed my ticker saying 4 more days. it's really sinking in now.

I am going in on June 2nd for RNY. It's been such a long road to here, feeling ready, excited and terrified all at the same time.

Wow this is all going by so fast. Last Dr. appointment on the 4th, pre op at the hospital on the 10th and then off to surgery!!!

24 days left!!! It will be here before I know it. Pre-op diet starts in 17 days. I am so ready.

Tomorrow is the beginning of our month.

I hope we keep in touch after our surgeries. when i was on the March date thread, after everyone had their surgeries they all disappeared after.

I know what you mean. I have been spending alot of time on BP since I got approved... even more since I got the date. Maybe after, most of my questions will be answered, but I would like to see how people are doing, to be able to share the successes with someone who's going through the same thing.

well i was so excited for my surgery on Monday But my Chihuahua just got hit by a car and died today. I am so upset, was looking forward to being off with him. what am i going todo without him.
