failing pre-op diet

I started my pre-op diet on Monday and I already fell of the wagon yesterday, first off my diet should consist, 2 of 3 meals will be replaced with a a protein shake then a healthy meal also a snack of sugar free pudding, popsicles or jello. I did good till dinner yesterday went to taco cabana ordered a cabana bowl with rice, lettuce, cheese and grilled chicken, I knew it was bad but I still did it... Also I am not a water drinker and I have not been drinking but a bottle a day, my surgery is scheduled for 4/11 :-(

I'd suggest/recommend not going to any restaurants again before your surgery. The temptation is just too much for any of us before being banded.

And, if you don't drink Water, what do you drink? You must be drinking something?
