Sure you can use Muscle Milk post op just choose the "light" version of it, is what my Nutritionist advised.

Yes. I used it when I could. After the preop diet I'd had just about all I could stand of Protein shakes by the time post-op rolled around. I opted for protein shots so that I could get it over with quickly or use them to make a protein fortified fruit drink. Nice and light, hydrating and gets the grams in. Yummmm.
