HELP! Stomach flu.-pre op diet

The stomach flu has hit my house. Now that my Kids are better its mommys turn. Have been vomiting and have bad nausea since. Can I take gravol??? It's not listen on my instructions. I emailed my dr but its last so probably no answer until tomorrow. I'm dyin here :(
