I was wondering what the best multivitamin and Calcium Citrate chewables are the best to get and that have some flavor.

    I look forward to my dose twice a day. They are quite yummy.

    I take Flintstone Berry Multi Vitamin 4 x day.

    The Calcium is a liquid berry flavor (don't know name off hand.)

    I use this in a little 1 oz cup and put my crushed supplements in it, like Biotin.
