Getting a cold

My surery is Saturday the 22nd and yesturday I stated to feel sick. Pre op papers say stop all meds even herbal . Been doing nasal rinises and hot showers . Any other ideas how to beat this fast?

Even with all the crap modern medicine has to throw at it, the common cold will still usually run it's usual course.

If it doesn't ease up in a couple of days, I would advise your Surgeon. You might want to consider postponement. You don't want any lingering trace of a cold and cough come post-op. Plus, the longer you wait will probably result in a further postponement date. :(

Yeah I plan on contacting them tomorrow and letting them know. It may not end up a cold maybe allergies its seems to just be my sinuses all stuffed up causing a headach and a couple coughs through out the day . Just worried about a cold since my son has a heck of a cough but no fever, who knows lol
