Question about Spinach

Hi all... I'm 4th stage and over a month out from my sleeve surgery. I noticed a recipe on here for quiche which totally reminded me of a dinner quiche I used to make. But, it has spinach in it and my post op diet sheet says to stay away from spinach. Does anyone know why? It is cooked spinach or raw? If I chop it up real fine is that okay? I'm planning to make it for dinner and the docs office is obviously closed. Any insight greatly appreciated.

Me too....never heard of it. The only time I had that type of restriction, is during the post-op phase. Various veggies were added back slowly. But now, anything goes as long as it agrees with my band.
