Ouch! Stomach swollen, irritated or something...HELP

Hello everyone, I recently got a fill and it seems as if my stomach is swollen or irritated or something. I have no problem getting things down but I am aware of the discomfort in my stomach. How do i fix this? Will it just go away? Do i need to go back to liquids?
