Band removal

Just to let u all no that I have had My band removed. The mrsa finally got its way. Caused Cellulitist, which turned into an abcess and burst. Surgery was not good. Had a job to remove band.Nurses coming in every day now to dress abcess wound. I have a large hole in tummy!Very upset.Mrs D

    Oh, I'm SO sorry, Mrs. D. What an ordeal for you--I'm glad your surgery is over. Good luck on your recovery. The stats are one thing but when you ARE the stat, it's very sad. How long did you have your band? I wish you well. Please take care of yourself and let us know how you are doing. Karen
