Missed it by less than a minute!

Was taking a shot at a small fitness test I read in a magazine. You inverse rep dead lifts, thrusters and then do 3 burpees every minute on the minute no matter where you are at in any set and then go back to where you left off.

Thanks everyone. It was more for fun than anything. I have done several fitness tests in the last month and have scored elite/advanced/pro in all so far.

The only thing anyone needs to take from this is that any one if us can be fit and trim if we so choose, ANYONE!!
