insurance and skin surgery coverage

OK so number 12 regarding cosmetic surgery. If after the weight loss surgery I am successful and lose a lot of weight and I have skin problems due to excess skin would the skin surgery be covered? What do you think? I have jas local 7 11 (through smith's grocery) anyone out there get approved due to rashes and infections? I've heard of this before. Not sure if that falls under This guide line or not?
