      Done, and I agree with the others about question #10. The questions about spending on Protein products and vitamins required me to select a response even though I typed in my answer under "other."

    Done. Being so far out from surgery I had to answer "other" on most everything. I can certainly take regular Vitamins, no chewable or liquid needed anymore.

    Not wanting to be a spoil sport, but I won't complete it without a declaration at the start of the research as to what it is being used for.. and not just 'market research'.
