best present ever

Hey all. Just scrolling through the forum for some motivation. I've been banded for about 8 months and am down about 50lbs. I lost some motivation and I returned back to my old habits, not eating as much as before but all the wrong foods. But happy that I have not yet gained anything since. Head hunger is killing me.

But getting back to to 'best present ever' I believe that the band was the best thing I've ever done. Sometimes I regret getting it but that's only because I can't eat starters, main and dessert. But then I realize I don't even need all of that food. Its amazing how we can survive on so little. Every time I see an obese persone I just want to hand them my doctor's number! The band is an absolute must have.

I love buying new clothes and getting all the compliments. That motivates me to get on track for the last 30lbs.
