Constipation

Hope everyone is well. I don't have a date yet but it should be soon. I have read a lot of posts on here and I see a lot talking about constipation post surgery. What have you guys found to make this easier? I suffered severely after my gallbladder surgery with constipation, I never want tongi through that again. I honestly would rather go through child birth lol. Any prep would he greatly appreciated.

I bought one last month. It's awesome! But I will admit to giggling when I read the reviews on Amazon.

I had major issues with constipation. I take a probiotic and I have not had a problem since. If I miss my dose, I can definitely tell. I become bloaty and constipated.
