Only problem is it's full of sugar and those calories will add up pretty fast. Guess as long as you factor it in, you'll be ok. But, things like that really throw me off track and make me crave more sweets.

I was craving a slurpee this last summer so I got a small one found out it has carbonation and yes even the crystal light ones , just for me it was not a good experience and I didn't even drink through a straw , it was like a roller coaster in my body fro my toes to the top of my head , so I found out for me it was not good and it felt weird also in July it will be 2 yrs. since I have had a soda of any kind, and if I drink anything it's not through a straw my Doctors orders.
