haven't been on any groups for a while, lost almost five st , by being banded, by shaw somers my question is how much over my size 8 band can l go?

I've never heard of a size 8 band? Most bands are 4 cc, 10 cc and 14 cc.

Well it was a bit of a shock to me,l wrote asking what type of band had l had fitted was told l had a 10cc at the time of opp. Received my letter back saying the type and size 8cc?

Which as you can imagine, threw me 2cc less than l had thought, might re ask.
