March 14 is THE Day!

After 6 months of supervises visits... A cardio clearance, psych clearance and my EGD, I have a surgery date!!

March 14th.

Now I will be able to run with my son once he's blessed with a brand new heart. I am ecstatic!

I started my pre-op today and I do have a question. I am allowed 2 shakes and a meal - MyFitnessPal is saying I had 785 calories. Is that normal? Or is that too low? I will call on Monday but needing to go over the weekend thought if check in.

Thank you!

Pre-op is designed to help lose visceral fat, helps with installing the band. Congratulations on the start of your journey

For 2 shakes and a meal, totally. Normal for the rest of the world, no, for pre-op, yes. You're doing great! You're going to love the scale results right before your surgery.
