You'll need to call your insurance companies (both of them). It is possible, some insurances do pay for TT's based solely on medical problems (infections and rashes in the folds, etc). But I do not know of any insurance companies that pay for procedures for cosmetic purposes and that is what it would be considered after weight loss. Purely cosmetic.

Also, please note that they will likely only pay for a tummy tuck, not for an abdominoplasty or abdominal lift (tightening the muscles), that is cosmetic in nature.
