i was banded on dec 06 and have only lost 40lbs and i am going to the doctor to get hopefully another fill . i have a 5cc band with 2.cc in it.

gayletx were can you get the protein shake you are talking about can you get them at a health food store they have one in our mall.

what do you think about slimfast high protein shakes?

well today i started soildes and i think this fill helped alot i am feeling restricted now i hope it last. and have lost 3lbs.:clap2:

yeasterday i got a fill only 1/2 cc and i am hoping that this helps me start to loss some weight i have only lost 30lbs. but i know it is gonig to take sometime and a lot of watching what i eat and excercies. i need to come to this forum and talk to poeple that have gone thur this just like me. i like to be down at lessed 25lbs before we go on our cruise in march or april for our 10th wedding anniversary.i am on a liquid diet for 4 days then go slowly back to solids. we will see in 2 more days :tired

the more you move around the better you will be. i know it hurts but that is the only way to get it out.

i feel the same way. keep in touch it is nice to know that there is someone that feels the same way i do.

will insurance pay for a tummy tuck if was related to weight loss. i have BCBC of arkansas and my husbands insurrance.

I was banded Dec 07/06 i weight 221lbs after pre surgery diet 206 lbs and now i weight 188lbs. it feels that i will never get to were some of you are. but i will keep doing this i can and come to this site when i need some one to lift my spirts and get me thur it one day at a time. so if you are from arkansas or not and want to chat.

i love anna she will be missed . my prayes go out to the little girl she left behind. i think the old man was in his right mind when he married her and she should get all of his astate. and i think that HOWARD should get to keep the little girl he is the only daddy she knows. they should leave her alone she has lost her mother. I lost my mother 1 year ago i had a chance to know my mother and this little girl will never know her mother like i did.

i have not been to a support group yet but i plan on going. i am just kind of scared about talking about myself in front of strangers. i love this from i found it on my friends computer so i had to go buy my own computer. still try to learn how to do thing on here. have not learned how to get my ticker on my page. i gess that what you call it . this form has help me when i need support. i have three kids so it is very hard to get time to go.

thanks that makes me feel mush better and it helps that it comes from someone that has been trough the same thing. but i here people say when you find your sweet spot you will know it. i think i need a fill because i have not lost any weight in two months but have not gained any.
