Pain

I had my surgury 9/21/06 and at that time my weight was 358. I now weigh 280. I just had my third fill and now EVERYTHING I eat and half of what I drink causes pain that lasts an hour and a half or so.

what do you think is going on?

Are you PBing? Getting stuck? Or does it just HURT? Maybe you are eating too much - and it is just sitting there stretching your pouch...

PBing or stuck - yep - get an unfill.

If it just hurts - try reducing portion size to a quarter cup or a couple of bites. If it still hurts - see your doc.

Pain is your body warning you that something is wrong - and you should definitely listen to the warning.

Have you had an endoscope? Maybe you should.

Good Luck!

:help: As I said in my first post I had my third fill about 10 days ago. since then I have pain almost everytime I eat. (now always though) Today I had one (1) Doreito with salsa and I was in lots of pain (lots!!!) for around 45 minutes. I took Tums and got no releif. It then suddenly went away. I lost 4 Lbs this week and otherwise feel great. Any thoughts?

You are probably too tight. I just went through an ordeal and had a complete unfill. You should avoid spicy foods. Also, try three days of liquids to let any irritation unswell. If it still hurts, I completely agree that your body is telling you something. You might even be bleeding. It should not hurt to eat, if you are following "bandster rules."

Take care!!!
