headache

i have got a headche since 3 days. I cant understand the reason. is it dehydration?I am taking more fluids since yesterday.

    Dehydration can definitely cause headache. That is one of the major symptoms. Try something with electrolytes like G2 or even Pedialyte. Maybe you need to eat more as well.
