Protien in urine

Is that normal? Had surgery 1/29 and used that "stick" in the bathroom. Twice now it showed trace amounts of Protien. Also, I was always on the hot side (temp wise), wearing tank top & underwear to bed in winter. Now, my hands are ALWAYS cold and I'm wearing heavy flannel pajamas. Haven't yet gotten to puréed foods. Can't wait. I know they say it's "head hunger" but I'm tired of "sweet" Protien drinks....
