On 2/13/2014 approved for surgery

So now I am playing the waiting game with my insurance company. I have Aetna, does anyone know about how long I have to wait for them to approve the procedure?

It will depend on how thorough your surgeons insurance people are when they send in the request. Most insurance takes less than a week as long as the application is clean.

Ok, thank you. The office said they'd submit my paper work on Friday and it could take 3 weeks for them to hear from Aetna.
