Popcorn??

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with post-op popcorn. I love the stuff but am very wary of trying it... worried about not tollerating it well. Before my surgery it was pretty much impossible for me to go to the movies without my popcorn. The other day at the movies I almost jumped my friend for her popcorn... that darn temptation! Anyone have any thoughts for me?

I think popcorn is one of those foods that goes down easy for just about everyone. If you get the lowfat micro popcorn a whole bag is around 200cal or you can get the 100 calorie bags. Just stay away from the high fat popcorns out there and enjoy :)

I have no trouble with popcorn. I usually eat it once a week or so. Some people do have problems with it...so just start out slowly to see how well you tolerate it.
