Feeling puffy

So surgery was on 2/12 and they told me I was slightly dehydrated before surgery and subsequently the have gave me lots of fluids and told me I would be a bit puffy. So when will it subside. My hands feel like they stay puff marshmallows hands I don't even like looking at it.
