Stomach/Waistline getting bigger

I know Im not crazy but I am 7 months post op and have lost 35 pounds. Im losing very slow but I had a lower bmi. Im 50 pounds from goal...my problem is the scale is showing me losing SLOWLY but my stomach/waistline seems to me to be getting bigger...has anyone else had this issue?

Sometimes everything but the waistline appears to be getting smaller thus making the waistline look bigger.

Your body weight shifts as well. Woman tend to carry it more in the waist...carrying babies and all. And it is harder to lose it there. i have a spare tire there myself....I hate it!

I'm having the same issue and I'm down 57 lbs! My pants I'm in now are size 16 and fit my waist but my pant legs and butt are hanging badly. Everyone keeps Saying its time for smaller pants but I can't fit the waist

The waist seems to be the last place for the weight to come off; for me it was not until the last 15 pounds I thought it would never slim down. FYI second to the waist is the boobs!!
